Recreational Class : for boys and girls, aged 5 and above.

Recreational gymnastics is a great intro to gymnastics for those who haven’t done it before. It’s also a great option for anyone who
wanting to explore the sport, whether your goal is to eventually to compete, or you’re trying to improve your skills for another sport, or you just want to have fun and get some exercise

THERE ARE 3 GROUPS OF RECREATIONAL CLASSES:

KINDER STARS : Kids age 5-6y

ROCK STARS    : Kids age 7-9y

MEGA STARS    : Kids age 9-12y

In these classes, children begin to learn how to take and follow instructions, coupled with some basic gymnastics positions. This program will focus on gymnastics fundamentals, basic strength and developing body awareness.

Children will undergo an assessment every 6 months, to determine their level of achievement.  This process also assists in identifying new talent, when a child is competent and able to perform the set skills required, in order to move up to the next level into our higher programs (Competitive Team)
